    Welcome to our refund policy page.

    Please make sure to properly inspect your items immediately when received.

    We take pride in and stand by our products however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please read the conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and/or exchanges.

    Please note that no returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items including, but not limited to, select wheels, tires, clearance and final sale items.

    Returns

    • Please contact us first if inquiring about a return
    • All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and specify your reason for return
    • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase
    • Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging, and accompanied with the original receipt or proof of purchase
    • Certain items, based on case-by-case basis, are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee
    • Any items used will not be accepted as returns, including items sold as "used" which classify as final sale items
    • Any returns without prior approval and RA# will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
    • Return shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable
    • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued
    • Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 business days
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

    Exchanges

    • Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange
    • Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged with 30 days of receiving your purchase
    • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order
    • If a mistake was made by us, MazdaShop, or if the item is deemed a manufacturer defect, return shipping instructions will be provided for you to make the return or exchange if necessary

    How to return/exchange your items

    Once you have been approved for your return or exchange, here is how you can return your item(s).

    In-Store:

    • Returns back to our in-store location are completely free!
    • Please visit the Scarboro Mazda, Parts Department located at 2124 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, ON M1R 3A3
    • Our Map and Hours of Operation are available here
    • Bring your original receipt or proof of purchase along with the unopened item in original packaging
    • Please also have photo identification available so we can verify the order
    • Shipping, insurance ("Delivery Guarantee"), handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable
    • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment
    • Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 business days
    • Refunds are not issued with our in-store terminals or with cash

    By Mail:

      • Securely pack your unopened items in original packaging
      • Be sure to include the original receipt and RA# inside the package
      • You are responsible for all return postage fees. Return shipping is non-refundable.
      • We highly recommend you to use a recorded delivery service, and keep the tracking number on record as we cannot accept liability for items that get lost or damaged during transit back to us
      • If you are shipping a high value or fragile item, it is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damaged during transit
      • Once shipped, kindly provide us with the return tracking number
      • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment

      Order Cancellations

      • Please contact us immediatly if you need to modify or cancel your order
      • Every effort will be made to stop the processed of your order unless it has already been shipped
      • If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Returns or Exchanges sections
      • Your order must be confirmed by a MazdaShop team member if it has not shipped from our warehouse or a manufacturer or distributor.
      • Once confirmed, a refund will be issued a refund to your original method of payment

      Refunds

      Refunds are subject to approval prior to us issuing them back to you. Your return item(s) will be inspected once we receive them and once the condition of the return has been inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 business of days. We reiterate that your refund will not be issued in-store via our payment terminals or with cash.

      Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

      Refunds may take a few business days to process before being officially posted.
      If you haven’t received a refund yet,

      • Continue to check your banking account transactions
      • Contact your credit card company or bank

      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

      Wheels

      All new wheels, regardless of manufacturer, are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, on a case-by-case basis.

      • Once a tire has been mounted onto a wheel, the wheel is no longer considered "new", and will not be accepted as a return.
      • If we receive your return and find it has been damaged from mounting and/or improper repackaging, the restocking fee is subject to increase at our discretion
      • Exchanges are only applicable should you receive the wheel damaged from the initial transport
      • If you purchase the incorrect wheel(s) for your vehicle (i.e. incorrect bolt pattern, too large, too small, etc.) but receive the correct wheels based on your order, it is your responsibility to return the shipment back to us.

      Tires, Clearance and Final Sale Items (if applicable)

      All tires [new or used (including for wheel & tire packages)], clearance items and items marked "used" and/or "final sale" are indeed final sale—no returns, no refunds—they are for you and your Mazda to enjoy!

      Any returns of these items without any prior approval and RA# will be disposed of accordingly and your order will not be refunded.

      Partial Refunds (if applicable)

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Any item not in its original condition
      • Any item that is damaged or missing parts and/or associated hardware for reasons not due to our error
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
      • Any item subjected to a restocking fee
